Getting the camera ready

Place your iPhone upright where you can see the screen. Keep your face visible in even light and follow the calibration prompts. In Flight, moving higher or lower changes the bird’s height continuously; you do not need to complete a rep to steer. If tracking pauses, bring your face back into view or recalibrate. Use the touch demo to learn the course.

Purchases and cancellation

Use Settings → Restore purchases with the same Apple account used to buy Arcade Pass. To cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Push Bird. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Scores and progress

Touch demos do not contribute to competitive scores, activity streaks or bird unlocks. Character progress comes from tracked play time, including holds. Online rounds require a connection; local play can continue when the service is unavailable. Game history stays on this iPhone and does not sync through a login.

Reminders and rest days

Change the time or turn off reminders in Settings → Daily reminders. iOS notification settings must also allow delivery. A recovery day keeps your streak, so there is no need to play through discomfort.

Delete data or report abuse

Use Settings → Delete online player data to delete online records and local game history. To remove a public handle, turn publication off in Edit profile and let it sync. Leaderboard controls let you report or hide a player. Email dj@neocollar.com for privacy requests, moderation concerns or a failed deletion.
