Terms of use
These terms apply to Push Bird, provided by Danish Joshi (neocollar). Effective September 11, 2026. Contact: dj@neocollar.com.
Playing
Push Bird is an arcade activity app for adults aged 18 and over. Camera movement controls gameplay; scores do not certify pushup form or measure medical fitness. Use a stable phone position and enough clear space, move within your ability, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Rest days are supported. The app does not provide medical advice or promise physical results.
Free play and Arcade Pass
Practice is free until a camera run scores three or more gates. After that run, an active Arcade Pass subscription is required to play again. Sharing an existing result does not require a subscription. The planned US prices are $7.99 per week or $39.99 per year. The localized price, billing period and available features shown by Apple at purchase control your purchase. No trial is included unless expressly displayed. Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account may be charged for renewal within the final 24 hours. You can manage or cancel in Apple’s subscription settings. Access normally continues until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or player data does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases is available in Settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies and your statutory rights.
Your online identity
No login is required. Your game identity is linked to this installation through an app-specific identifier. Progress and identity may not transfer after a reinstall, reset or device change. Apple purchases can be restored with the purchasing Apple account. Do not impersonate others or publish someone else’s social handle. Scores and handles you choose to publish are visible to other players.
Fair play and community
Do not cheat, automate competitive gameplay, manipulate scores, harass others, publish abusive or illegal content, or misuse the API. Club names and public handles must respect others’ rights. You can report or hide a player from the leaderboard, and report concerns to dj@neocollar.com. We may remove content or restrict online access to address abuse, fraud or service security. Contact support if you believe a restriction was mistaken.
Clips and sharing
You control whether to record and share a clip. Obtain permission from anyone else appearing in a recording before sharing it. You are responsible for the content you send to other apps. Sharing uses the destination you choose and is subject to that service’s terms. We do not automatically publish clips or social posts for you.
Availability and changes
We may update courses, games and app features. Online features depend on connectivity and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of every score. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
App license
The license for the iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, linked below. These service terms describe the online features and subscriptions. The privacy policy explains data handling. Updated service terms will be published here with a revised effective date.
